Safety Enforcement Policy

It is the policy of Clifford R. Gray, Inc. to create a safe environment for its employees and therefore, we must enforce our safety rules. This is management's responsibility as well as each Employee.

It is our policy to provide the employee with three warnings to comply with our safety requirements and those of the client’s.

Upon failure to comply after three warnings, employee shall be dismissed with a letter of explanation being sent to the local business agent.

These steps are necessary to make our safety program effective. We should all remember that safety pays!
